TRADES:
+ DO NOT VETO trades !!!!

+ commissioner will try best to "hide" trades after completed

GAME DISCONNECTIONS: if a game is disconnected,

+ before the 2nd half both owners will have to restart their game,
+ just let one of the commissioner's know the DAY OF THE GAME so it can be reset
+ after the 2nd half
+ just let a commissioner know which owner had the LEAD by more than 20 points and what DAY THE GAME WAS so leader of game will be rewarded Win
+ if lead isn't big enough to where there is an obvious winner, owners will have to restart game
+ 2k Servers are terrible so expect a lot of games being disconnected, but if it seems like your opponent pulled the plug or quit the game, let a commissioner know
+ if there are multiple complaints on an owner disconnecting, commissioner's have no choice but to give a warning, remember the ONE WARNING rule, 2nd time you will be kicked

WAITLIST: 

+ there will be no toleration towards acts that are against the rules !!!!!!
+ for that reason, we will try to have an active wait list so don't feel too cozy in your spot as GM
+ the wait list will work by me leaving applications open (below the rules) and I will update the list (on the left) every time I receive an application
+ the goal is to eventually find a good core of 32 owners that could work together as 1 online association

+ most of us already have known each other since 2k12, maybe 2k11
+ our goal is to have this league going until nba 2k14 comes out
+ for that to happen we will need owners that can show patience and respect
+ patience to build your teams through more than just one season (DRAFT & FREE AGENCY- BE SMART WITH TEAM SALARY),
+ patience to IMPROVE your stick skills, and get better at 2k13 gameplay in general, PLAY a lot of games in league and you will see improvement
+ respect to yourself by not quitting, and respect to others owners because CHATROOM IS MANDATORY when you're online psn you should be in the league chatroom at all times

If you don't show up in league chatroom regularly there is a good chance you will be booted

Encourage you guys to play at least 1 game a day, and to avoid a lot of simmed games, play the games earliest on your schedule
